2008: Earned a varsity letter ... appeared in four games ...  made five tackles (two solo).

High School: A 2008 graduate of Prairie High School ... coached by Craig Jelinek ... named second team All-State by the Des Moines Register and Iowa Newspaper Association as a senior ... also earned first team All-Conference, All-Metro and Academic All-Conference during senior campaign ... a member of the National Honor Society.
